All plans purchased on The Job Tag platform are eligible for refund, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy.

Am I eligible for refund?

You are eligible for a refund if:

• A refund may only be considered if at least 50% of the package duration has been completed. Refunds will not be processed if this minimum usage requirement is not met.
• You have at least one active job post.
• Your profile is verified and adheres to The Job Tag policies. Read more about it here.
• The refund will be calculated based on the number of days remaining in your plan validity and will be processed provided the number of responses received is 50% of the committed response for the plan purchased.
• For example: if the plan is Rs.1000, plan validity is 30 days, the start date is 1st Oct and end date is 30th Oct and refund is raised on 20th Oct, then refund amount will be given for remaining 10 days that will be (1000/30) * 10 = Rs.333.
• Additionally, if you have received irrelevant candidates, or have issues with candidate quality in the database, our team will verify the cases and the amount will also be refunded (Rs.20 per candidate).

You can request a refund only Once per plan.

How much time it will take for a refund to be processed?

Once the request has been validated by our team, we will process your refund immediately. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank and payment method.

In what cases The Job Tag is not liable for any replacements/recovery/liability?

• Employee background verification
• Employee criminal activities
• Number of responses received is more than 50%

What is The Job Tag blacklisting policy?

Any company which falls under the following categories is considered blacklisted

1.Consultancies

• Employers who are hiring for other employers.
• Employers who are charging money.

2.Vulgar Jobs

• Employers posting obscene jobs.
• Employers posting jobs requiring personal favors.
• Employers posting jobs involving human trafficking.
• Employers posting any religious, sexual, or politically motivated jobs.

3.MLM Jobs

• Employers posting jobs to promote, and sell products.
• Employers attracting candidates to work on pyramid schemes.

4.Click Bait Jobs

• Employers falsely mention the job details to attract candidates.
• Employers spreading misinformation.
