Before subscribing for our services, you must take the time to read and comprehend the Terms & Conditions. You acknowledge that by registering, you are binding yourself to these Terms & Conditions and entering into a contract with us.

While they browse the Thejobtag.com website, visitors who do not register to become Members (Employers or Employees) equally accept that they are bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• Employers and employees using this website are considered to have accepted and agreed to these conditions only.
• The Website has been built up to allow Employer to contact Employees and to see their profiles specifying an Employee's experience. We don't issue any experience certificate to our registered individuals.
• Any profile created showing political or illegal material would not be accepted under any circumstances.
• Thejobtag.com will take all sensible safety measures to keep the details of Employers and Employees secure but will not be liable for unauthorized access to the information provided by any party whatsoever.
• The Members warrant that their e-mail and other contact information are valid and up to date when using the Website.
• Members agree not to imitate any other person or entity or to use a wrong name or a title that they have no authority to use.
• Members acknowledge that Thejobtag.com is not liable for any form of loss or damage that may be suffered by a Member through the use of the Website including loss of data or information or any kind of financial or physical loss or damage.
• Thejobtag.com privacy policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions, and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also give your consent to the manner in which we may handle your personal data as detailed in that policy.
• The management reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification.
• These Terms will be subject to Indian Law and the jurisdiction of Indian Courts.
• We do not cater Placement Agencies and consultancies. Any payments made by Placement Agencies/ Consultancies will not be refunded under any situation.
• The Job Tag is not responsible if any candidate has committed crime/illegal activity at employer's premises. Background verification of candidates who are/will be hired is a responsibility of respective recruiter/recruiter's company.

Registration

• Registration on our website is compulsory for applying in our job portal - www.thejobtag.com
• Benefits of registration: You will get quick job information on Social Media like Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram etc. (Personal Text Messages & Email).
• We take Rs.1.00 registration fees from Candidate. This payment validity is for 1 year.
• Registration validity will be for 1 year. If you do not apply to 3 jobs in a year, your registration will not be carried forward to the next year.
• Once you apply to a job, you will get 24hrs to delete/return the application/proposal. After 24hrs, you cannot delete or return the application/proposal.
• After applying to 3 jobs, if you want to apply to more companies, then you have to pay new charges/renew the package.

Job Application

• After your registration, you have to apply through our website for the appropriate job.
• As we receive your profile/resume through our website, we will scrutinize your profile as per the job description given by the company. If your CV matches the job description, it will be mailed to the company and we will inform you.
• You may get a confirmation call if your profile is shortlisted within 2-4 days after your application, also in our website dashboard.
• After the shortlisting process from the client side, if your profile is shortlisted, then the client will inform you for the interview.
• We provide only job opportunities. After starting (joining) a job, we will not be responsible for any kind of difficulties or problems.
• When you get the job, this contract will be over.
• After reading all the above details, if you go for the job interview, it means you agree with all our terms and conditions.
