• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Use the Site in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Posting job vacancies.
• Receiving candidate applications.
• CV screening and shortlisting.
• Candidate introductions and interviews.
• We do not guarantee job placement or candidate employment success.

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your applications, job postings, and communications.
• Not upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or harmful.
• Not use the Site to solicit illegal activity or misrepresent your identity.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized access.

• Ensure job postings are accurate, non-discriminatory, and comply with applicable employment laws.
• Not misuse candidate data for purposes other than legitimate recruitment.
• Respect the confidentiality and privacy of applicants.

• Registration on our website is compulsory for applying in our job portal - www.thejobtag.com
• We take Rs.100.00 Rs.50.00 registration fees from Candidate.
• Registration validity will be for 1 year. If you do not apply to 3 jobs in a year, your registration will not be carried forward to the next year.
• Once you apply to a job, you will get 24hrs to delete/return the application/proposal. After 24hrs, you cannot delete or return the application/proposal.
• After applying to 3 jobs, if you want to apply to more companies, then you have to pay new charges/renew the package.
• Submit truthful information in CVs, applications, and profiles.
• Not apply for jobs fraudulently or impersonate others.
• Cooperate in the recruitment process in good faith.

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software—is the property of The Job Tag Consultancy or its licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Site without our express written permission.

• Store your data securely.
• Do not sell your personal information.
• Share your data with employers only for recruitment-related purposes.

• Employment outcomes.
• Candidate suitability.
• Accuracy of job listings or user-submitted information.
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages resulting from use of the Site or reliance on its content.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these websites.

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Site for any user, at our sole discretion, without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms.
• We do not cater Placement Agencies and consultancies. Any payments made by Placement Agencies/ Consultancies will not be refunded under any situation and terminate its profile or Account.

Blacklisted Categories:

We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot.
